Healing Workshop

Healing is a sacred journey of remembering who you are beneath the pain, fear, and limiting beliefs that may have shaped your story. True transformation begins when we honor our past  and wounds with compassion, while creating space for a new chapter to emerge. Through reflection, connection, and guided healing practices, this workshop invites you to release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and step into the next stage of your becoming with peace and authenticity.

Designed for small to medium groups, this hour and a half service includes engaging activities, facilitated discussions, and tailored exercises to enhance  the journey back to healing. * For now, these sessions are available in the Ottawa region only.
